GS1 Denmark er glade for at annoncere opstarten af en ny netværksgruppe dedikeret til at udforske og implementere en datamodel for medicinsk udstyr baseret på den europæiske standard, ECHO. Dette initiativ, udviklet i samarbejde med Danske Regioner og Medicoindustrien, sigter mod at optimere og standardisere stamdata for medicinsk udstyr i Danmark.
Målet med netværksgruppen er at evaluere og realisere potentialet i anvendelsen af ECHO datamodellen. Ved at integrere denne model i det danske sundhedsvæsen, håber vi at opnå en mere strømlinet, effektiv og fejlfri dataudveksling. Samarbejdet forventes at reducere manuelle processer og standardisere datahåndtering på tværs af sektoren, hvilket vil føre til bedre patientpleje og mere effektive sundhedsydelser.
Netværksgruppen vil bestå af IT-specialister, stamdataspecialister, produktkategoriansvarlige samt udbudsansvarlige fra både regionale indkøbsafdelinger og Medicoindustrien. Møderne vil blive faciliteret af GS1 Denmark og omfatte en serie af temamøder, hvor hvert møde vil fokusere på specifikke aspekter af datamodellen. De planlagte temamøder for 2025 inkluderer emner som indkøb, logistik, og kliniske processer.
