Our standard turnaround time is up to 10 business days.

If you need your images sooner, we offer an express service with a turnaround time of up to 5 business days from the date we receive your product. Express orders are prioritised and processed before standard orders as soon as the product has been received by GS1Trade Exact & Image in Ballerup.

The express service is subject to a 100% surcharge on the selected service.

Yes, you can take your own product images and upload them to GS1Trade Sync, allowing your customers to access both product data and images from a single source.

However, many retailers prefer to receive high-resolution packshots and planogram images from approved photography providers such as GS1Trade Image.

If you wish to produce the images yourself, you must become a GS1-certified photographer and comply with GS1 image standards. Certification is a one-time process and remains valid as long as the specifications are maintained. If the standards are no longer met, recertification may be required.

The certification remains valid as long as the applicable GS1 specifications are met.

If GS1 Denmark identifies significant or repeated non-conformities between the uploaded images and the GS1 standards, we will contact the company to clarify the issues and request that they be corrected.

If the non-conformities are not corrected, or if the company does not respond to GS1 Denmark's enquiries, the certification may be revoked. If the certification is revoked, a new certification process will be required.
