Matas Group will soon launch a new data portal that enables the receipt of product data and images via GS1Trade Sync.

This means your product data can be sent automatically and without manual processes to both Matas and Kicks – quickly, efficiently, and with fewer errors.

Below, you can read how you, as a supplier to Matas, can best prepare to send them data once they open up for GS1Trade Sync.

Information from Matas Group

Dear GS1 memberTrade Sync

We are approaching an important step in the collaboration between GS1 and Matas Group: Soon, it will be possible for us at Matas Group to receive product data directly via GS1Trade Sync.

In connection with our new product onboarding portal, which operates across both Matas and Kicks, we are implementing an integration with GS1Trade Sync.

This means that your updated product data can flow from GS1Trade Sync directly to Matas and Kicks – easily, efficiently, and with fewer manual processes.

To ensure a smooth start, we encourage you to check the following:

  • Are your product data updated and correct in GS1Trade Sync?
  • Are all the products you supply to Matas Group (Matas and Kicks) in GS1Trade Sync?

If you already have everything under control – great! If not, now is the time to get everything in place so your products are well-represented in our systems from day one.

We are working closely with GS1 to ensure a smooth transition to using data from GS1Trade Sync, and both we and GS1 are ready to answer your questions.

In addition, we will soon invite all suppliers to webinars regarding the project and our product onboarding portal as a whole, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Thank you for helping to ensure high data quality – it benefits you, Matas Group, and, most importantly, the consumers.
