Colloquially, many know GTIN as a barcode, but technically, GTIN is the number found beneath the barcode symbol itself, and can therefore also be used for other technologies such as 2D barcodes and RFID tags.
You can cancel a product by setting a withdrawal date and publishing data. This means that the product will be marked as “Out of stock” when the withdrawal date is passed.
Alternatively, you can withdraw the products so that they will be left as drafts, after which you can choose to cancel or delete them altogether.
To register a product as cancelled, search for the product, mark one of the devices and tap <Redigér>.

Under the tab 'Status'on the right side Insert the date of withdrawal; into field 3253, as shown below.

<Gem> the information in the lower left corner. Then be sure to fill in the same field on the corresponding units in the item hierarchy.
You can quickly find the associated devices by clicking on the button <Hierarki> in the lower right corner, after which you can click on the devices.

Once the withdrawal date is entered on all units in the item hierarchy, data is published.

When the withdrawal date is passed, the units in the product list will be given publication status 'Discontinued'.

Deleted devices can be deleted or made available again by removing the cancellation date and publishing again. Entities with the status' discharged 'are actually drafts and are therefore not considered active entities.
If you are unable to fix errors on the devices and therefore cannot publish the devices with the specified opt-out date, you can withdraw the devices first.
OBS: In this process, the customer will not receive a notification of the withdrawal. Data will simply no longer be available. Therefore, it is recommended to cancel a product by unsubscribing and publishing as described above.
Here the unit in the commodity hierarchy is marked where it says'Published'out for. Press <Tilbagetræk> above and then confirm the withdrawal.

Both units in the commodity hierarchy are now changed to drafts. Select one of the devices and click <Redigér>.

insert the date of withdrawal; in field 3253 in view'Status'as shown below.

<Gem> the information in the lower left corner. Then you can simply click <Afslut>, and the device will be registered as discharged.
However, it will make sense to click on the button <Hierarki> at the bottom right, after which you can click in on all associated devices and insert the withdrawal date.

After saving the information and clicking <quit>, the units will appear as undelivered when the date is passed:

Deleted devices can be deleted or made available again by removing the cancellation date and publishing again. Entities with the status' discharged 'are actually drafts and are therefore not considered active units.
