Colloquially, many know GTIN as a barcode, but technically, GTIN is the number found beneath the barcode symbol itself, and can therefore also be used for other technologies such as 2D barcodes and RFID tags.
If a customer reports that they cannot see your product in the system, it may be because the customer has not signed up your GLN number, but it may also be because your data has not been properly created or published.
We will help you find out what might be causing the problem and how you can solve it.
When data recipients need to receive data, they put Subscriptions op. Once your customer has set up a subscription to receive your data, and your data has been created and published correctly, you will be able to see the customer's GLN and name in the view 'Subscriptions'.
You can search for GLN and the customer's name in the search box on the right.

If your data has been created correctly, but the customer cannot be found in the overview, then the customer needs to put up a subscription. Contact the customer here and tell them about your GLN.
If data has status 'publicized' or 'en vivo', they are sent.

If data has status' In the draft' are they not shipped, and the customer have not received your data.

If you have published the devices 'Openbaar' without limitation, then your data will be available to all data recipients who set up subscriptions.

If you have published the device 'Limited', you need to check if you have added your customer as a data recipient. You can do this by clicking 'see details'.

If you are sending data privately, you can check who can see the data under the column 'Data Receiver', since the devices will be seeing once per data receiver.

If data is created 'Restricted', you can add your customer by clicking on the box under, 'Who should have access to data' before publishing the item.

Then you can either change the split to 'pubblico', or add the customer to the 'Data Recipients' or 'Data Recipient Group'.

Then you can create a new private version by selecting 'Target markets and data recipients' inside the product. In this view, select 'Add new version' on the right.

Remember to create all devices in the hierarchy of the new private data recipient.
