To avoid delays, rejected orders, and unnecessary costs - and to ensure your products are processed correctly the first time - this guide explains how to order GS1Trade Exact and GS1Trade Image services.
To access My GS1, your company must be a member of GS1 Denmark and have active subscriptions to GS1Trade Exact and/or GS1Trade Image.
GS1Trade Image provides professional product photography and CGI images for every need. Your images are uploaded directly to GS1Trade Sync, where they can easily be shared together with your product data.
Includes 25 product images in two high-resolution file formats, as well as planogram images.
Includes additional image angles to complement the Image Standard package. You may choose two out of five available supplementary angles.
Includes one professionally styled product image, showing both the product and its packaging on a clean background.
Includes one or two lifestyle images featuring the product without preparation or cooking.

GS1Trade Exact verifies the quality of the product data you share with your trading partners.
We compare your physical product with the data registered in GS1Trade Sync, or create the product in GS1Trade Sync for you if required.
We verify that the product data in GS1Trade Sync matches the physical product you supply to your customers. This includes dimensions, weight, labelling, and other product specifications.
We create your product in GS1Trade Sync based on the physical product you send to us.
Once created, we perform a Product Quality Check, allowing your product to receive the green VALID status in GS1Trade Sync, visible to your customers.
A Label Quality Check is intended for products that have already passed an Exact Product Quality Check but have since had changes made to their label information.
Typical examples include updated ingredient lists or nutrition declarations.
Please note: No physical products need to be submitted for this service. Simply attach the updated artwork or label when placing your order.
This service is intended for products that have already undergone an Exact Product Quality Check and have updated label information.
If, for example, you would like new product images taken after the label update, you should choose this service.
We create your product and make the product data available in GS1Trade Sync before the physical product has been manufactured.
Please note: A subsequent Exact Product Quality Check is required before the product can receive VALID status in GS1Trade Sync.
Product Pre-Creation can also be combined with an order for CGI images based on your artwork and packaging specifications.

Tip: If you require both GS1Trade Image and GS1Trade Exact for the same product, we recommend ordering both services together so that the product only needs to be handled once.
Once your order has been placed and any physical products have been received, you can track its progress from delivery through to completion.
Go to Order Overview in My GS1 and select View Details.
If you have ordered a GS1Trade Exact service, your quality report will become available once the inspection has been completed.

Mistakes happen. If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@gs1.dk, and we will delete the order so that you can submit a new one.
