Colloquially, many know GTIN as a barcode, but technically, GTIN is the number found beneath the barcode symbol itself, and can therefore also be used for other technologies such as 2D barcodes and RFID tags.
Once your products are finished at GS1Trade Exact and Image, you will receive a notification that there is a quality report in GS1Trade Sync.

Has you given GS1Trade Exact permission for your data to be overwritten in GS1Trade Sync, you don't have to make any changes yourself. We will overwrite your data according to the quality report and your product will receive the green stamp.
We recommend that you always read through your quality reports as soon as they are retrievable. We have a standard processing time of 10 business days. If you have corrections or questions, this must be done within 10 working days after your report and/or pictures are ready.
Do you, on the other hand, have not given GS1Trade Exact permission to overwrite your data, you need to get into GS1 yourselfTrades Sync and correct your data according to the quality report. Your product will only receive the green stamp after any corrections have been made.
We also recommend that you always read through your quality reports as soon as they can be retrieved, as corrections must also be made within 10 business days.
Once your products are finished at GS1Trade Exact and Image, you will be able to pull a report that looks like this:

Here it is important that you relate to the following columns: Field Name, Original Worthy, and Inspected Value.

When reading your report, look especially for the fields marked with the red invalid status. It is these fields that need to be adapted in GS1Trade Sync.
