Has you given GS1Trade Exact permission for your data to be overwritten in GS1Trade Sync, you don't have to make any changes yourself. We will overwrite your data according to the quality report and your product will receive the green stamp.

We recommend that you always read through your quality reports as soon as they are retrievable. We have a standard processing time of 10 business days. If you have corrections or questions, this must be done within 10 working days after your report and/or pictures are ready.

Do you, on the other hand, have not given GS1Trade Exact permission to overwrite your data, you need to get into GS1 yourselfTrades Sync and correct your data according to the quality report. Your product will only receive the green stamp after any corrections have been made.

We also recommend that you always read through your quality reports as soon as they can be retrieved, as corrections must also be made within 10 business days.

The Quality Report

Once your products are finished at GS1Trade Exact and Image, you will be able to pull a report that looks like this:

Here it is important that you relate to the following columns: Field Name, Original Worthy, and Inspected Value.

• The field name tells you what the data is
• The initial value is the data you specified in GS1Trade Sync
• The inspected value is the data GS1Trade Exact has inspected. Here you can see any corrections that have been made.

When reading your report, look especially for the fields marked with the red invalid status. It is these fields that need to be adapted in GS1Trade Sync.

Not sure where the fields can be found in GS1Trade Sync, you can always go up in the right corner and search for the number that stands by the field name.
