Colloquially, many know GTIN as a barcode, but technically, GTIN is the number found beneath the barcode symbol itself, and can therefore also be used for other technologies such as 2D barcodes and RFID tags.
We'll guide you through how to delete data in GS1Trades Sync via the “Withdraw” function.
If you want to delete a product completely from the system, you can use ”Withdrawal“ function. It works like this:
search the product hierarchy that you want to delete. Here I have sought a product hierarchy consisting of a collier unit and a base unit.

Select the device that has status Published and press the “Withdraw” button.

When you confirm the withdrawal, the system will convert both the package and the base unit into drafts that you can mark and delete.

You can withdraw several products at once. Always remember to mark the devices with status Published.

You cannot retract a device that reads as Live. Withdrawal always takes place from the top/heaviest unit in the commodity hierarchy (the entity that has the status Published).

The more products you withdraw at a time, the longer it may take for the products to stand as drafts. Be aware that the products completely disappear from the system.
