You can download your GS1Trade Exact quality reports directly from GS1Trade Sync, so there's no need to search through emails or folders. Your reports are just a few clicks away - and you can even receive a notification when a new report is available.

How do I download my quality reports?

Once you have signed in to GS1Trade Sync using your username and password, you can download your product quality reports in two ways:

Method 1

1. Search for your product using the search field.
2. Click Actions on the far right and select GS1Trade Exact Data Quality Report
3. Download the latest VALID or INVALID report and review its contents.

Method 2

1. Open your product and click the VALID button in the upper-right corner
2. Here you can also download the latest VALID and INVALID GS1Trade Exact Data Quality Reports

‍Please note: Both methods download the report for the selected hierarchy level only (either the consumer unit or the case). If you need a report covering the entire hierarchy, select Hierarchy Report.

Can I get a notification when my report is ready?

Yes. You can enable email notifications in GS1Trade Sync so that you receive an email as soon as your quality report is available.

How to enable notifications

1. Sign in to GS1Trade Sync
2. Click My Profile in the upper-right corner
3. Open User Profile
4. Scroll down to Event Notifications, where you can choose which notifications you would like to receive.
5. If you enable both INVALID Inspection and VALID Inspection, you will automatically receive an email whenever a quality report for one of your products is ready.

Have you allowed GS1Trade Exact to overwrite your product data?

If you have granted permission

If you have allowed GS1Trade Exact to overwrite product data in GS1Trade Sync as part of the quality check, any necessary corrections will be applied automatically. Your product will then automatically receive VALID status.

If you have not granted permission

If you have not allowed GS1Trade Exact to overwrite product data, you must download the INVALID report from GS1Trade Sync and correct the identified issues according to the report. Once the corrections have been made, your product can be assigned VALID status.
