Check GTIN and GLN with Verified by GS1

With Verified by GS1, you can verify who owns a GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) or GLN (Global Location Number) and find basic information about products and companies.

You can also search for other GS1 identification numbers, such as SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code).

What can you search for?

In Verified by GS1, you can, among other things:

• Look up a GTIN and see which company the number is registered to
• Look up a GLN and find information about a company or location
• Check other GS1 identification numbers, such as SSCC
• Search for a company and see its registered GS1 information

Do you need more searches?

You can perform up to 30 searches per day in Verified by GS1.

If you need unlimited access, you can order Verified by GS1 as an add-on to GS1Trade Activate via My GS1.

How to get access

1. Log in to My GS1, and select Order
2. Select Continue
3. Find GS1Trade Activate, and select GS1Trade Activate Verified by GS1 - unlimited lookups (per user)
