Master Cater System is designed to help large-scale kitchens efficiently manage orders, production, and delivery. These kitchens need to calculate nutritional values and label their food. Maintaining the vast amount of product data is time-consuming, which is why many of our clients choose to import product data from GS1.
This is handled via our MPI module (Master Product Information), which we developed to retrieve product data from sources such as GS1, DTU, and others.

In 2010, brothers Kenan and Aydin Bardakci started Danfoods on Industrivej Syd in Birk near Herning. Development moved quickly, and they soon succeeded in building a strong customer base as well as a network of reliable partners and suppliers. At the beginning of 2015, the brothers decided to move out of their rented premises and purchase new, larger facilities at Industrivej Nord 7A.

The move provided space to expand with a large assortment of butchery products, such as ground beef with next-day delivery. Due to the steadily increasing demand for a wide variety of products, particularly from the Aarhus area, Kenan and Aydin chose to expand with a Cash & Carry department in Aarhus, which opened in November 2015.
