To use GS1Trade Sync, your company must be a member of GS1 Denmark and have a GS1Trade Sync subscription.

As part of the membership, you receive a GLN, which identifies your company when exchanging data with your trading partners. A GLN can also be used for electronic trading and invoicing.

With GS1Trade Exact, we verify the product data you share with your trading partners against the physical product. Once approved, the product receives a green stamp in GS1Trade Sync, indicating to your trading partners that the product information has been quality assured.

Why am I only paying part of the annual fee?

At GS1 Denmark, subscriptions are typically billed annually. When you sign up, you therefore only pay for the remainder of the current year. After that, your subscription will renew at the full annual price.
